Manufacturing Process

Aqueous Phase

  1. In a sanitized mixing tank, heat Water to 70°C.
  2. Add Glycerin, Aloe Vera Juice, and Citric Acid. Mix until uniform.

Oil Phase

  1. In a separate vessel, melt Cetearyl Alcohol and add Coconut Oil.
  2. Incorporate Cetrimonium Chloride and blend.
  3. Bring the mixture to 70°C and add Argan Oil.

Emulsification

  1. Slowly combine Oil Phase into the Aqueous Phase while continuously mixing at high speed.
  2. Cool the mixture to 40°C.

Cooling and Additive Phase

  1. At 40°C, incorporate Marine Collagen, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, and Panthenol.
  2. Add Phenoxyethanol and Ethylhexylglycerin, mixing thoroughly.
  3. Stir in Fragrance until uniform.

Usage Instructions

Apply a small amount to damp hair, avoiding roots. Do not rinse. Style as desired.
