Manufacturing Process
Water Phase
Heat Aqua to 70°C in a stainless steel mixing vessel.
Add Glycerin and dissolve completely with a propeller mixer.
Oil Phase
In a separate vessel, heat Cetyl Alcohol to 70°C until melted.
Add Octocrylene and mix thoroughly.
Combining Phase
Slowly add the Oil Phase to the Water Phase under continuous mixing at 1000 RPM.
Cool the mixture to 40°C while stirring, then incorporate Hydrolyzed Quinoa and Polyquaternium-10.
Final Processing
Add Cocamidopropyl Betaine at 40°C and mix until homogenous.
Introduce Phenoxyethanol and Ethylhexylglycerin, Disodium EDTA, and fragrance.
Adjust pH to 5.5 using Citric Acid, then perform quality control checks for foam stability and appearance.
Usage Instructions
Apply an adequate amount of foam evenly through damp, towel-dried hair before blow-drying. Ensure the product coats the hair evenly for optimal color protection.
