Heat Aqua to 75°C in a stainless-steel mixing vessel with agitation.
Slowly add Cetearyl Alcohol and Behentrimonium Chloride while maintaining the temperature.
Mix until homogeneous, ensuring no clumps.
Oil Phase
In a separate vessel, combine Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, and Phenyl Trimethicone.
Pre-heat to 75°C with constant stirring to ensure even consistency.
Gradually integrate the Oil Phase into the Water Phase while emulsifying at 2000 RPM.
Cooling and Additives Phase
Cool down mixture to 45°C while reducing agitation speed to 500 RPM.
Incorporate Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate, Glycerin, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein sequentially.
