Manufacturing Process

Phase A

  1. Heat water to 70°C.
  2. Disperse hydroxyethylcellulose in the heated water and mix until fully hydrated and uniform.

Phase B

  1. In a separate container, combine the cationic surfactant, ceteareth-20, and cocos nucifera oil.
  2. Heat to 70°C and stir until homogenous.

Phase C

  1. Slowly add Phase B into Phase A with continuous stirring.
  2. Allow the temperature to cool to 40°C while maintaining gentle mixing.

Phase D

  1. Add benzalkonium chloride, tocopherol, tetrasodium EDTA, and sodium bicarbonate to the blend while gently mixing.
  2. Once the blend is below 40°C, add fragrance and mix thoroughly.

Usage Instructions

Use during the final rinse cycle of washing to provide fabric softness and antimicrobial protection. Add 100ml per standard load, reducing as needed for smaller loads.
