Manufacturing Process
Mixing Phase
Ensure all equipment is clean and dry before starting.
Weigh out the Sodium Carbonate and add to the mixing vessel.
Add Sodium Bicarbonate to the vessel with moderate stirring to prevent clumping.
Incorporate Sodium Percarbonate slowly to avoid dusting.
Add Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate while mixing continuously.
Introduce Sodium Citrate to the mix and ensure uniform dispersion.
Add Sodium Silicate and mix thoroughly.
Finally, introduce Sodium Polyaspartate and blend until a homogeneous powder is achieved.
Usage Instructions
For a standard load of laundry, use 1-2 tablespoons of the powder detergent in the washing machine. Adjust the amount for smaller or larger loads. For tough stains, pre-soak or use extra detergent.
