Manufacturing Process

Dry Mixing

Mix Sodium Carbonate, Sodium Percarbonate, and Sodium Sulfate in a ribbon blender for 10 minutes.
Gradually add Sodium C10-16 Alkylbenzenesulfonate while mixing continuously.
Introduce Sodium Silicate and Cellulose Gum, ensuring even distribution in the mix.

Enzyme Addition

Carefully blend Protease and enzyme stabilizers into the dry mix for 15 minutes at low speed to avoid enzyme degradation.
Add Polyethylene Glycol and continue blending until the mix is uniform.

Usage Instructions

Use one pod per load in standard or HE washing machines. Drop the pod directly into the drum before adding laundry. Suitable for all water temperatures.
