Manufacturing Process

Dispersion Phase

  1. Heat water to 60°C and maintain temperature.
  2. Slowly add Sodium Lauryl Sulfate with continuous stirring using a high-shear mixer at 3000 rpm.

Polymer Integration Phase

  1. Gradually introduce Polyaniline into the aqueous dispersion while maintaining stirring at 2000 rpm for 30 minutes.
  2. Ensure uniform dispersion by checking with a conductivity meter; target conductivity above 10 S/cm.

Final Preparation Phase

  1. Introduce Polyurethane Binder under mechanical stirring at 1000 rpm, maintaining the temperature at 50°C.
  2. Add Hexamethylene Diisocyanate and mix for an additional 20 minutes.
  3. Check for uniform coating consistency and pour into storage containers for aging at room temperature for 48 hours.

Usage Instructions

Apply the coating via dip coating or spray methods, ensuring uniformity. Cure at 80°C for 10 minutes. Recommended coating thickness: 100 microns. For optimal conductivity, reapply if needed.
