Manufacturing Process

Water Phase

  1. Heat water to 50°C and add Polyurethane Dispersion under continuous stirring until fully homogenized.
  2. Introduce Surfactant gently and maintain steady temperature.

Oil Phase

  1. Incorporate Silver Nanoparticles into the mixture using a high-shear mixer until uniformly distributed.
  2. Add Defoamer slowly to minimize foam formation.

Final Processing

  1. Cool the blend to room temperature, then introduce Crosslinking Agent at 25°C under low shear stirring.
  2. Perform quality control to ensure consistent silver distribution and avoid agglomeration.

Usage Instructions

Apply the coating evenly onto the textile using a spray system or roller, ensuring full coverage. Cure the fabric at 120°C for 3 minutes to enhance adhesion and conductivity.
