Manufacturing Process
Water Phase
Heat purified water to 75°C in a stainless steel mixing vessel.
Add glycerin and dissolve completely with a high-shear mixer.
Oil Phase
In a separate vessel, melt shea butter with jojoba oil and emulsifying wax at 75°C.
Homogenize using a rotary homogenizer until uniform.
Emulsification Phase
Slowly add the oil phase to the water phase under continuous mixing at 500 RPM.
Maintain temperature above 70°C and mix for 15 minutes until the emulsion is stable.
Cooling Phase
Gradually cool the mixture to 45°C while stirring gently.
Incorporate aloe vera juice, chamomile extract, and menthol, followed by the preservative.
