Manufacturing Process
Water Phase
In a stainless steel tank, heat water (Aqua) to 70°C while stirring continuously with a homogenizer.
Slowly add Carbomer to avoid clumping and ensure complete dispersion.
Cooling Phase
Allow the mixture to cool to 40°C and add Aloe Vera Leaf Juice and Glycerin with gentle stirring.
Dissolve Menthol in a separate container using a small amount of warm water, and then incorporate it into the main batch.
Final Processing Phase
Add Chamomile Extract and Phenoxyethanol, continuously mixing until homogenous.
Adjust pH to 6.2 using Triethanolamine, verifying with pH meter and ensuring consistency is maintained.
Perform a final quality control check for viscosity using a viscometer.
Usage Instructions
Apply a small amount of gel onto the face and neck post-shave. Gently massage into the skin until fully absorbed. For best results, use daily after each shave.
