Manufacturing Process
Water Phase
Heat deionized water and glycerin to 75°C while stirring continuously until completely dissolved.
Add marine collagen and elastin proteins to the warm solution and mix until homogeneous.
Oil Phase
Melt cetyl alcohol and stearic acid at 80°C in a separate vessel.
Slowly incorporate cyclopentasiloxane to the melted mixture, maintaining steady temperature and stirring.
Emulsion Phase
Slowly add the oil phase to the water phase under high shear mixing while maintaining temperature at 75°C.
Continue mixing for 15 minutes until a uniform emulsion is formed.
Cooling Phase
Allow the emulsion to cool to 40°C, continuing to stir gently.
Incorporate phenoxyethanol and mix for an additional 5 minutes.
Usage Instructions
Apply desired amount onto clean, damp hair, focusing on the lengths and ends. Cover with a heat cap and apply low heat for 10-15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
