Manufacturing Process
Water Phase
Heat Aqua (Water) and Glycerin to 70°C while stirring continuously with an overhead stirrer.
Test the temperature to ensure uniform heating before proceeding to the next phase.
Oil Phase
Melt Emulsifying Wax NF, Octocrylene, and Cyclopentasiloxane separately to 70°C.
Combine and blend homogeneously using a rotor-stator mixer until a uniform phase is achieved.
Final Processing
Slowly add the Oil Phase to the Water Phase under rapid mixing at 2000 rpm.
Add Avobenzone and continue mixing for 10 minutes.
Cool mixture to 35°C, then incorporate Hyaluronic Acid and Green Tea Extract.
Adjust pH to 6.0-7.0 with citric acid if necessary.
Once homogeneous, perform a quality check for pH, SPF measurement, and viscosity.
Usage Instructions
Apply a generous amount evenly to face and neck every morning prior to sun exposure. Reapply every 2 hours when in direct sunlight or after swimming or sweating.
