Manufacturing Process
Water Phase
Heat Aqua to 70°C in a stainless-steel jacketed vessel.
Add Sodium Alginate slowly while stirring continuously using a high-shear mixer until fully dissolved.
Binding Phase
Gradually introduce Zea Mays (Corn) Starch while maintaining temperature and stirring until a homogenous mixture is formed.
Add Glycerin and mix thoroughly for 10 minutes at 60°C.
Final Processing
Incorporate Citric Acid and Calcium Carbonate, ensuring consistent mixing with a medium-speed mixer for 20 minutes.
Cool the mixture to 35°C and perform a quality control check for pH balance and viscosity.
Usage Instructions
Apply a uniform layer of the adhesive to the desired fabric area. Allow a 5-minute open time for optimal positioning. Press and hold fabrics together for 30 seconds to ensure strong adhesion.
