Manufacturing Process
Phase A
In a clean mixing vessel, add Water (Aqua) and Polyvinyl Alcohol.
Heat to 80°C and stir until completely dissolved.
Cool to 40°C under continuous stirring.
Phase B
In a separate vessel, disperse Xanthan Gum in Glycerin.
Add the Acidified Corn Starch slowly and blend thoroughly.
Combine Phase B into Phase A with constant stirring.
Phase C
Add Sodium Benzoate and thoroughly mix.
Adjust the pH to 7.0 using Citric Acid.
Incorporate Tapioca Dextrin gradually while mixing until a homogeneous cream is obtained.
Usage Instructions
Apply a thin layer of the adhesive cream onto the surface intended for bonding and press firmly.
