Manufacturing Process
Water Phase
Heat water to 60°C in a stainless-steel mixing vessel with a slow paddle agitator.
Add Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose slowly while maintaining agitation to avoid clumps.
Latex Integration
Introduce Natural Latex to the water phase gradually, mixing at 500 RPM until homogeneous.
Maintain temperature at 50°C for 15 minutes for proper viscosity development.
Final Processing
Add Xanthan Gum, Lemon Essential Oil, and Eucalyptus Extract at below 40°C.
Mix with a high-shear mixer at 1000 RPM for 5 minutes to ensure uniform distribution.
Quality control: Ensure pH is 7.2 ± 0.1 and viscosity at 4000 cps (Brookfield spindle #4 at 20 RPM).
Usage Instructions
Apply a thin layer on clean, dry surface using a brush or applicator. Allow the glue to set for 30 minutes before handling combined surfaces. Full cure in 24 hours for optimal strength.
