Manufacturing Process
Water Phase
Heat the water to 40°C and add Sodium Citrate while stirring gently.
Check the solution clarity as a quality control step.
Oil Phase
Mix Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate and Coco-Glucoside at 30°C until uniform.
Ensure a homogenous blend through a shear mixer at 1500 rpm.
Enzymatic Addition Phase
Cool the main mixture to 25°C before adding Protease and Amylase.
Maintain gentle agitation to prevent enzyme denaturation.
Final Processing
Adjust the pH to 7.5 using Citric Acid, verify with a pH meter.
Add Essential Oil Blend slowly and homogenize for 5 minutes.
Usage Instructions
