Manufacturing Process
Water Phase
Heat deionized water to 75°C in a stainless steel mixing vessel.
Add glycerin to the water while maintaining constant stirring until fully dissolved.
Oil Phase
In a separate vessel, mix argan oil and cetearyl alcohol and heat to 75°C.
Add bamboo fiber extract and continue mixing until the solution is homogeneous.
Emulsification
Slowly add the oil phase to the water phase while mixing with a high-shear mixer at 1500 rpm.
Emulsify the blend for 15 minutes while maintaining 75°C.
Cooling Phase
Gradually cool the mixture to 40°C using a cold-water bath.
Add aloe vera gel, phenoxyethanol, ethylhexylglycerin, and fragrance while mixing at 500 rpm.
Final Processing
Perform quality check for homogeneity and pH adjustment if necessary to obtain a pH of 6.5.
