Manufacturing Process

Phase A

  1. Measure and combine Water and Glycerin in a mixing vessel.
  2. Heat the mixture to 70°C with constant stirring until homogeneous.

Phase B

  1. In a separate vessel, heat Soybean Oil and Candelilla Wax until fully melted.
  2. Slowly add Xanthan Gum and mix until evenly dispersed.

Phase C

  1. Combine the contents of Phase A and Phase B under continuous mixing.
  2. Reduce the heat to 40°C.

Phase D

  1. Add Calcium Carbonate, Zinc Oxide, and Ascorbic Acid to the cooled mixture.
  2. Continue mixing until all ingredients are thoroughly blended.

Usage Instructions

Apply evenly over the desired surface for insulation purposes, ensuring complete coverage.
