Manufacturing Process
Phase A
Measure and combine Water and Glycerin in a mixing vessel.
Heat the mixture to 70°C with constant stirring until homogeneous.
Phase B
In a separate vessel, heat Soybean Oil and Candelilla Wax until fully melted.
Slowly add Xanthan Gum and mix until evenly dispersed.
Phase C
Combine the contents of Phase A and Phase B under continuous mixing.
Reduce the heat to 40°C.
Phase D
Add Calcium Carbonate, Zinc Oxide, and Ascorbic Acid to the cooled mixture.
Continue mixing until all ingredients are thoroughly blended.
