Manufacturing Process

Aqueous Phase

  1. Combine Water and Glycerin in a suitable vessel and start heating to 70°C.
  2. Slowly sprinkle Xanthan Gum while stirring to avoid clumping.

Oil Phase

  1. In a separate container, combine Cetearyl Alcohol and Myrica Fruit Wax.
  2. Heat the mixture to 70°C until fully melted and homogenous.

Combination Phase

  1. Slowly add the Oil Phase to the Aqueous Phase while maintaining the temperature and stirring continually.
  2. Add Tapioca Starch and Sodium Bicarbonate to the blend while stirring.
  3. Allow the mixture to cool to 40°C, then add Aloe Vera Powder, Lactic Acid, and Preservative ECO.
  4. Mix until uniform and fully cooled to room temperature.

Usage Instructions

Apply a small amount to the affected area on the pet's body. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes.
