Manufacturing Process
Phase 1: Preparation
- Measure and add purified water into a large mixing vessel.
- Add sodium citrate and stir until fully dissolved.
Phase 2: Mixing
- Slowly add sodium lauryl sulfate and stir continuously to ensure proper dispersion.
- Introduce cocamidopropyl betaine and continue stirring until the mixture is homogeneous.
- Add glycerin under continuous stirring.
Phase 3: Adjustments
- Add citric acid slowly while monitoring the pH until it reaches exactly 7.
- Add benzyl alcohol and natural citrus fragrance, ensuring even distribution.
Phase 4: Finalization
- Check the final pH and ensure stability.
- Pour into the designated storage containers for packaging.
Usage Instructions
