Manufacturing Process
Water Phase
Heat water to 60°C and maintain temperature.
Add Propylene Glycol and Sodium Polyacrylate while stirring continuously until fully dissolved.
Polymer Dispersion Phase
Gradually add Polyvinyl Acetate to the water phase under continuous mixing using a high-shear mixer at medium speed.
Continue stirring for 20 minutes to ensure homogeneous dispersion.
Fillers and Preservative Addition
Under continuous stirring, add Calcium Carbonate, Silicon Dioxide, and Biocide to the blend.
Ensure complete incorporation within 15 minutes, checking for uniform distribution.
Final Processing
Conduct viscosity and pH tests; adjust if necessary to meet specifications.
Cool the mixture to 25°C and perform final quality control checks before packaging.
Usage Instructions
Apply evenly on one surface of the wood to be bonded using a brush or roller. Press the surfaces together and clamp for at least 30 minutes. Allow at least 24 hours curing time for optimal bonding.
