Manufacturing Process
Aqueous Phase
Add water to the main mixing tank.
Heat water to 40°C and begin stirring.
Dissolve Sodium Citrate in the heated water.
Surfactant Phase
Add Coco Glucoside and Decyl Glucoside to the mixed tank sequentially.
Mix until homogenous for approximately 30 minutes.
Additives Phase
Introduce Glycerin, Citric Acid, and Sodium Chloride to the batch.
Mix until fully dissolved and mixture appears uniform.
Final Phase
Cool the mixture to room temperature.
Add the preservative, fragrance, and colorant.
Adjust pH to 7 with additional Citric Acid or Sodium Citrate if necessary.
Perform a final mix for 15 minutes.
Usage Instructions
Use approximately 50 ml per 10 L of water for wool and silk fabrics. Wash with cold or lukewarm water for optimal fabric care. Avoid soaking for long periods.
