Manufacturing Process

Phase A

  1. Heat water (Aqua) to 75°C and maintain temperature.
  2. Slowly add Corn Starch with constant stirring until fully dispersed.

Phase B

  1. In a separate vessel, combine Glycerin, Cellulose Acetate, and Stearic Acid.
  2. Heat to 75°C until all solids are melted and the solution is homogeneous.

Phase C

  1. Blend Phase A and Phase B together gradually while maintaining temperature at 75°C.
  2. Add Candelilla Wax and mix until fully incorporated.
  3. Slowly cool down to 40°C with continuous mixing.

Phase D

  1. Ensure the mixture is below 40°C, then add Soy Protein and Natural Fragrance.
  2. Adjust pH to 7 by adding Citric Acid incrementally.

Usage Instructions

Apply the cream directly to designated surfaces, ensuring even coverage for optimum moisture resistance and thermal insulation. Ideal for use in biodegradable packaging production.
