Manufacturing Process
Phase A - Water Phase
Heat Deionized Water to 75°C in a main vessel.
Add Bentonite Clay slowly while stirring at medium speed until fully dispersed.
Phase B - Oil/Polymer Phase
In a separate container, mix Acrylates Copolymer and Sodium Polyacrylate.
Add Bisabolol and Ethylhexylglycerin to the mix and heat to 75°C.
Combine Phase B mixture with Phase A while maintaining temperature at 75°C and stir until homogenous.
Phase C - Cool Down
Cool the batch to 40°C.
Add Titanium Dioxide and mix until uniform.
Incorporate Phenoxyethanol and Glycerin, mixing until fully combined.
Adjust pH to 7 using citric acid or sodium hydroxide, if necessary.
Usage Instructions
Apply a uniform coat using a brush or spray on the desired surface. Allow to dry before applying additional coats if necessary.
