Manufacturing Process

Aqueous Phase

  1. Combine Water and Glycerin in a mixing tank.
  2. Add Sodium Fluoride, Xylitol, and Hydroxyapatite while stirring continuously.
  3. Heat the mixture to 40°C until all solids are dissolved.

Cooling Phase

  1. Cool the mixture to 30°C.
  2. Add Poloxamer 407 and mix until completely dispersed.

Final Adjustments

  1. Add Cetylpyridinium Chloride, Sodium Benzoate, Disodium EDTA, and mix well.
  2. Adjust pH to precisely 7 using Citric Acid.
  3. Add Spearmint Oil, Sucralose, and other flavor components while stirring.
  4. Ensure homogeneity and complete dispersion of all ingredients.

Usage Instructions

Rinse your mouth with 20 mL of mouthwash for 30 seconds twice daily after brushing your teeth. Do not swallow.
