Manufacturing Process

Aqueous Phase

  1. Mix water and glycerin in a large container.
  2. Add carbomer to the mixture slowly to avoid clumping.
  3. Add sodium hydroxide to adjust pH to desirable range.

Active Ingredient Addition

  1. Slowly incorporate sodium fluoride while stirring the mixture.
  2. Add nano-hydroxyapatite under continuous mixing to ensure uniform distribution.

Final Adjustment

  1. Add xylitol, menthol, and potassium sorbate under gentle mixing.
  2. Add sodium lauryl sulfate and continue mixing until the gel is homogenous.
  3. Adjust the pH to the final desired range.

Usage Instructions

Apply a pea-sized amount to teeth and gums; leave on for 5 minutes before rinsing. Use once per week.
