Manufacturing Process
Dry Blend Phase
Weigh and combine Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Kaolin Clay, and Cornstarch in a large mixing bowl.
Mix thoroughly until a homogeneous dry powder is achieved.
Liquid Blend Phase
In a separate container, combine Eucalyptus Essential Oil, Peppermint Essential Oil, Polysorbate 80, and Green Colorant.
Mix gently to ensure all oil and emulsifier components are blended uniformly.
Combination and Finalization Phase
Slowly add the liquid blend to the dry blend while continuously mixing to avoid premature reaction.
Add Menthol Crystals and blend uniformly for an even distribution.
Compact mixture into tablet molds using a hand press or rotary press, applying consistent pressure.
Allow tablets to dry completely for 24 hours at room temperature before packaging.
