Manufacturing Process
Aqueous Phase
Heat water to 75°C in a main mixing vessel.
Add glycerin and xanthan gum until fully hydrated.
Oil Phase
In a separate container, combine almond oil, coconut oil, shea butter, and cetyl alcohol.
Heat to 75°C until completely melted and homogenous.
Emulsification
Slowly add the oil phase to the aqueous phase under high shear mixing.
Continue to mix as temperature cools down to 40°C.
Cooling Phase
Add ground coffee, vitamin E, and phenoxyethanol.
Mix gently until a uniform mixture is achieved.
Usage Instructions
Apply to clean, damp skin and gently massage in a circular motion. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Use 2-3 times a week for optimal results.
