Manufacturing Process
Phase A
In a large mixing vessel, add Water (Aqua).
Heat to 70°C while stirring gently.
Phase B
In a separate container, combine Ceteareth-20 and Cetrimonium Chloride.
Heat to 70°C until melted and uniform.
Add Cocamidopropyl Betaine and mix until uniform.
Phase C
Slowly add Phase B to Phase A with continuous stirring.
Mix thoroughly until a homogenous mixture is achieved.
Cool the mixture to 40°C.
Phase D
Add Glycerin, Fragrance Oil, Polyquaternium-7, Disodium EDTA, Hydroxyethylcellulose, and Preservative to the main batch.
Mix until the solution is completely uniform and incorporate adequately.
Usage Instructions
Apply an appropriate amount to the laundry load during the rinse cycle for optimal fabric softening and fragrance enhancement.
