Manufacturing Process
Dry Blend Phase
Mix Portland Cement, Silica Sand, and Calcium Carbonate in a high-shear mixer at ambient temperature for 10 minutes.
Gradually add Cellulose Ether and Redispersible Polymer Powder, mixing continually to ensure homogeneity.
Wet Addition Phase
Dissolve Flexible Polymer Binder in water at 30°C, ensuring complete dispersion.
Slowly add to dry blend, maintaining continuous mixing to avoid lumps.
Final Processing Phase
Introduce Defomer and Rheology Modifier, mix for an additional 5 minutes.
Conduct viscosity measurements and adjust with water if required.
Perform quality control for consistency and absence of lumps.
Usage Instructions
Mix adhesive with clean water (ratio 4.5:1 by weight) until a smooth paste forms. Apply with a notched trowel to substrate, ensuring even coverage. Set tiles by gently pressing into position with slight movement to ensure proper adhesion.
