Manufacturing Process

Phase A - Oil Phase

  1. Combine Organic Shea Butter, Avocado Oil, and Emulsifying Wax in a heat-safe container.
  2. Heat to 70-75°C with gentle stirring until completely melted.

Phase B - Water Phase

  1. In a separate container, mix Water, Glycerin, and Aloe Vera Extract.
  2. Add Xanthan Gum slowly, with vigorous stirring to avoid clumping.
  3. Heat to 70-75°C.

Phase C - Emulsification

  1. Slowly add Phase A to Phase B while continuously mixing with a homogenizer until a stable emulsion forms.
  2. Allow the mixture to cool while stirring.

Phase D - Cooling Phase

  1. Once the mixture cools to below 40°C, add Vitamin E and Citric Acid.
  2. Add Phenoxyethanol and Ethylhexylglycerin last and mix thoroughly.

Usage Instructions

Apply a small amount to baby's skin after bath or whenever needed. Massage gently until fully absorbed. Avoid contact with eyes.
