Manufacturing Process
Aqueous Phase
Heat the water to 75°C.
Dissolve the glycerin and xanthan gum into the water under stirring.
Oil Phase
Combine stearic acid, glyceryl stearate, and sweet almond oil.
Heat to 75°C until fully melted.
Emulsion Formation
Slowly add oil phase into the aqueous phase while continuously stirring.
Cool the mixture to 40°C under agitation.
Cooling and Additives
Add essential oils, potassium sorbate, and tocopherol.
Adjust pH to 7 using citric acid and sodium hydroxide as needed.
Usage Instructions
Use to gently cleanse baby's skin by applying the cream to a soft cloth and wiping the desired area. Suitable for daily use.
