Combine water, glycerin, and aloe vera extract in the main mixing vessel.
Start heating to 65-70°C while mixing until homogeneous.
Surfactant Phase
In a separate container, mix Cocamidopropyl Betaine and Decyl Glucoside.
Heat to 60°C and ensure the blend is consistent.
Slowly add the surfactant mixture to the water phase with continuous stirring.
Cooling and Additive Phase
Cool the batch to 40°C.
Add lavender oil, chamomile extract, tocopherol, and the remaining ingredients while mixing thoroughly.
Adjust pH to 5.0-5.5 using citric acid.
Final Homogenization
Ensure all ingredients are fully incorporated and the mixture is homogenous.
Transfer to filling containers maintaining the temperature if necessary.
Usage Instructions
Apply a small amount of the product onto the baby's wet skin or hair. Gently massage to create a lather and rinse thoroughly with water. Suitable for daily use during bath time.
