Manufacturing Process
Phase A
Combine Water and Glycerin in a main mixing vessel.
Heat gently while stirring until fully blended.
Phase B
In a separate vessel, blend Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Cetearyl Alcohol, and Polysorbate 20.
Heat to approximately 65°C (149°F) until melted and uniform.
Phase C
Combine Phase B into Phase A slowly while mixing, maintaining temperature.
Once fully incorporated, cool the mixture to 40°C (104°F).
Phase D
Add Cocamidopropyl Betaine slowly, mix until homogenous.
Incorporate Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, and Tocopheryl Acetate. Continue mixing.
Phase E
Adjust pH to 7 using Citric Acid and Sodium Hydroxide while monitoring pH levels carefully.
Add Xanthan Gum and stir until the desired medium viscosity is achieved.
Usage Instructions
Apply a small amount on a cotton pad and gently wipe over face and eyes to remove makeup and impurities. No rinse required.
