Manufacturing Process
Aqueous Phase
Heat Aqua to 70°C
Dissolve Glycerin in water
Add Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice Powder and mix until uniform
Oil Phase
Combine Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Cetearyl Alcohol, and Hydrogenated Lecithin
Heat to 70°C until fully melted
Emulsification
Slowly add the Oil Phase to the Aqueous Phase under high shear mixing
Cool down to 50°C while continuously mixing
Final Additions
Add Polyglyceryl-4 Oleate and continue mixing
Cool to room temperature
Add Coco-Glucoside, Sodium Cocoyl Glutamate, and Phenoxyethanol
Mix until homogeneous
Usage Instructions
Apply a small amount on the face using a cotton pad. Gently wipe across the face to cleanse and remove makeup without rinsing required. Suitable for use twice daily or as needed.
