Manufacturing Process
Water Phase
Heat purified water to 70°C in a stainless steel mixing tank.
Dissolve xanthan gum gradually under moderate stirring until fully hydrated.
Add glycerin and blend until homogeneous.
Active Phase
Lower the temperature to 40°C and add green tea extract.
Incorporate aloe vera gel under low-speed mixing.
Cool down to 30°C and add peppermint oil, mixing gently to avoid volatilization.
Final Processing
Check the pH and adjust to 5.0-5.5 with citric acid.
Add preservative blend and stir for an additional 5 minutes.
Perform quality checks: visual, olfactory, and microbial assessment.
Usage Instructions
Dispense a small amount onto wet hands, lather, and gently massage over face in circular motions. Rinse thoroughly with water. Suitable for daily morning use.
