Manufacturing Process
Aqueous Phase
In a sanitized mixing vessel, combine Water, PVP/VA Copolymer, and Acrylic Acid/VP Crosspolymer.
Begin mixing on medium speed until the solution is homogeneous.
Additive Phase
Slowly add Glycerin, Hydrolyzed Silk, Hydrolyzed Keratin, and Panthenol to the aqueous mix.
Continue blending and ensure all components are fully dissolved.
Final Adjustment
Add Citric Acid to adjust the pH to precisely 7.
Incorporate Phenoxyethanol and Fragrance, mixing thoroughly.
Continue stirring until a smooth gel consistency is achieved.
