Manufacturing Process
Phase A
- Combine Water and Panthenol in a mixing vessel.
- Heat to 70°C while stirring until complete dissolution.
Phase B
- In a separate container, combine Cetyl Alcohol, Ceteareth-20, Cyclopentasiloxane, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, and Dimethicone.
- Heat to 70°C and mix until homogeneous.
Phase C
- Slowly add Phase B to Phase A with continuous mixing.
- Allow the mixture to cool to 40°C.
Phase D
- Add Benzophenone-4, Preservative, and Fragrance to the mixture.
- Mix until uniform and cool down to room temperature.
Usage Instructions
Apply a small amount of cream onto the scalp, massaging gently. Use daily for best results.
