Manufacturing Process
Aqueous Phase
Dissolve Citric Acid in 50% of the Water with continuous stirring at 30°C for 10 minutes.
Add EDTA to the solution and maintain stirring until fully dissolved, ensuring the pH remains below 4.0.
Chelating Agent Integration
Introduce DTPA slowly while maintaining constant agitation, ensuring the temperature is stable at 25°C.
Gradually add Sodium Hydroxide to adjust the pH to 5.5, continue stirring for 20 minutes.
Final Processing
Top up with remaining Water, and homogenize the mixture at a speed of 500 rpm for 30 minutes.
Conduct quality control to ensure pH is within 5.5-6.0, inspecting for complete dissolution and absence of particulates.
Usage Instructions
Apply the solution to the industrial wastewater stream at a rate of 2.5 L per 1000 L of wastewater. Allow it to react for a minimum of 30 minutes before proceeding to sedimentation or filtration stages.
