Manufacturing Process
Preparation Phase
Measure all ingredients separately according to specified percentages.
Ensure all equipment and containers are sanitized and dry.
Mixing Phase
Mix Glycerin and Sorbitol in the main mixing vessel.
Slowly add Hydrated Silica and Calcium Carbonate while stirring to ensure even dispersion.
Add Xanthan Gum gradually, continuing to mix until fully incorporated and smooth.
Final Blending Phase
Incorporate Aloe Vera Leaf Juice, Tea Tree Oil, and Peppermint Oil into the mixture.
Add Sodium Bicarbonate and Xylitol and mix thoroughly to achieve uniform consistency.
Ensure mixture is at a neutral pH of 7 using pH meter; adjust with pH regulator if necessary.
Add the preservative and continue blending until the mixture is homogenous.
Usage Instructions
