Manufacturing Process
Phase A
In a clean vessel, add Water and begin mixing.
Slowly add Mineral Oil while stirring continuously to ensure an even distribution.
Phase B
Add Polysorbate 80 to the mixture to emulsify the oil and water.
Introduce Sodium Nitrite and stir until fully dissolved.
Phase C
Add Dimethicone to prevent excessive foaming.
Incorporate Sodium Bicarbonate gradually to adjust and stabilize the pH to 7.
Mix in Chloromethylisothiazolinone to prevent bacterial growth.
Phase D
Finally, add Sodium Oleate and Dipropylene Glycol, stirring until a homogenous liquid is achieved.
Conduct a final pH test and adjust if necessary, ensuring the pH remains at 7.
Usage Instructions
Dilute the cutting oil with water in ratios suitable for the intended application. Typically 1 part cutting oil to 10 parts water. Ensure the emulsion is consistent before use and maintain regular checks on the concentration during usage.
