Manufacturing Process
Oil Phase
Combine Carnauba Wax, Beeswax, Lanolin, Mineral Oil, and Coconut Oil in a reactor.
Heat the mixture to 80°C while stirring until all components are thoroughly melted.
Maintain this temperature for 30 minutes, ensuring complete homogenization.
Cooling and Solvent Phase
Gradually cool the mixture to 40°C while continuously stirring.
Add Ethanol and mix at 500 RPM using a high-shear mixer for uniform dispersion.
Monitor viscosity and ensure it reaches 2500-3000 cps before further processing.
Final Processing
Incorporate Fragrance and Phenoxyethanol once the mixture is cooled to 30°C.
Mix for another 20 minutes to ensure even distribution of all components.
Conduct a final quality check for fragrance uniformity and microbial content.
Packaging Phase
Soak pre-cut towelettes in the formulation using an automated dipping system.
