Manufacturing Process
Mixing Phase
Combine Polydimethylsiloxane and Silicon Dioxide in a high-shear mixer at 60°C for 30 minutes until homogenous.
Gradually add Iron Oxide and Calcium Carbonate, maintaining 60°C, mix thoroughly for another 20 minutes.
Introduce Methyltriacetoxysilane slowly to ensure even distribution, mixing at 40°C for a further 10 minutes.
Final Processing
Transfer to a vacuum chamber to remove trapped air, maintaining a steady 40°C.
Ensure the mixture is uniform, checking for color and consistency as part of quality control.
Package under inert conditions to prevent premature curing.
Usage Instructions
Apply using a caulking gun directly to the cleaned and prepared surface. Ensure a smooth, continuous bead and allow to cure at room temperature for 24 hours before exposing to high temperatures.
