Manufacturing Process
Phase A
Heat Aqua to 70°C in main vessel.
Add Glycerin, Aloe Vera Leaf Powder, and mix until fully dissolved.
Phase B
Melt Coconut Oil and Shea Butter together at 70°C in a separate container.
Add Cetearyl Olivate and Sorbitan Olivate, and mix until uniform.
Phase C
Add Phase B (oil phase) slowly into Phase A (water phase) while high-shear mixing to form an emulsion.
Cool the mixture to 45°C while stirring continuously.
Phase D
Add Lavender Oil, Vitamin E, Citric Acid, Phenoxyethanol, and Disodium EDTA to the emulsion.
Mix thoroughly until a homogenous cream is obtained.
Continue cooling to room temperature.
Usage Instructions
Apply a thin layer to the tattooed area and gently massage into skin as needed. Suitable for use several times per day.
