Manufacturing Process

Blending

  1. Weigh all ingredients accurately according to the formulation percentages.
  2. Add Sodium Carbonate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Percarbonate, and Zeolite in a large industrial mixer.
  3. Mix dry ingredients for 10 minutes to ensure homogeneity.
  4. Slowly add Sodium Lauryl Sulfate while continuing to mix to avoid dust formation.
  5. Add Citric Acid, Tetrasodium EDTA, and Silicon Dioxide to the blend and mix thoroughly.
  6. Incorporate the fragrance (Parfum) and continue mixing for an additional 5 minutes to ensure even distribution.
