Manufacturing Process

Phase A

  1. Combine Water, Glycerin, and Aloe Vera Juice in a clean, sterilized container.
  2. Heat the mixture to 70°C with constant stirring.

Phase B

  1. In a separate container, combine Cetearyl Alcohol, Cetyl Ethylhexanoate, and Dimethicone.
  2. Heat Phase B ingredients to 70°C until completely melted.

Phase C

  1. Slowly add Phase B to Phase A with continuous stirring until homogeneous.
  2. Cool mixture to below 40°C.

Phase D

  1. Add Triethanolamine and blend until desired pH of 7 is reached.
  2. Incorporate Xanthan Gum slowly to avoid clumping.
  3. Add Polysorbate 20, Phenoxyethanol, Lavender Essential Oil, and Vitamin E Acetate.
  4. Mix until uniform and adjust viscosity with additional water if necessary.

Usage Instructions

Apply a small amount evenly over the face after makeup application. Allow to dry for a setting, moisture-locking effect.
