Ingredients Ingredient Percentage Function Water 52.0% Solvent Glycerin 8.0% Humectant, moisture-locking Cetearyl Alcohol 5.0% Emollient, thickening agent Cetyl Ethylhexanoate 10.0% Skin conditioning agent, provides non-greasy finish Xanthan Gum 0.5% Stabilizes formulation, thickening agent Polysorbate 20 2.0% Emulsifier Aloe Vera Juice 10.0% Skin-soothing, nourishing Phenoxyethanol 1.0% Preservative Lavender Essential Oil 0.5% Fragrance, skin-soothing Vitamin E Acetate 1.0% Antioxidant, skin nourishing Triethanolamine 0.5% pH adjuster Dimethicone 10.0% Provides long-lasting hold, smooth application
Manufacturing Process Phase A Combine Water, Glycerin, and Aloe Vera Juice in a clean, sterilized container. Heat the mixture to 70°C with constant stirring. Phase B In a separate container, combine Cetearyl Alcohol, Cetyl Ethylhexanoate, and Dimethicone. Heat Phase B ingredients to 70°C until completely melted. Phase C Slowly add Phase B to Phase A with continuous stirring until homogeneous. Cool mixture to below 40°C. Phase D Add Triethanolamine and blend until desired pH of 7 is reached. Incorporate Xanthan Gum slowly to avoid clumping. Add Polysorbate 20, Phenoxyethanol, Lavender Essential Oil, and Vitamin E Acetate. Mix until uniform and adjust viscosity with additional water if necessary.
Usage Instructions Apply a small amount evenly over the face after makeup application. Allow to dry for a setting, moisture-locking effect.
