Manufacturing Process
Phase A
Heat Water to 70°C.
Add Glycerin and mix until fully dissolved.
Phase B
In a separate container, heat Cetearyl Alcohol, Ceteareth-20, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Dimethicone, and N-octyltriethoxysilane to 70°C.
Mix thoroughly until homogeneous.
Phase C
Slowly add Phase A to Phase B while maintaining temperature and continuous stirring.
Emulsify using a homogenizer for 10 minutes to form a stable water-in-oil emulsion.
Phase D
Cool the mixture to 40°C with stirring.
Add Benzyl Alcohol, Citric Acid, and Phenoxyethanol.
Continue to cool to room temperature.
Usage Instructions
Apply a small amount of Hydrgel LC to desired skin areas daily. Suitable for morning and evening routines.
