Manufacturing Process
Water Phase
Mix water with alcohol ethoxylate at 25°C until homogeneous
Ensure no visible separation or layering for 30 minutes
Oil Phase
Combine fluoropolymer and silicone resin at 50°C with continuous stirring
Ensure resin dissolution and clear mixture
Emulsification Phase
Slowly add the oil phase to the water phase under high-shear mixing
Maintain mixing speed at 1000 rpm until emulsion forms
Final Processing
Cool the emulsion to room temperature while adding polyurethane emulsion
Incorporate preservative under low-speed blending to avoid aeration
Perform quality checks for stability, viscosity, and pH range
Usage Instructions
Apply evenly on upholstery fabric using a spray gun or a microfiber cloth. Allow to dry fully before use. Recommended application rate: 60-80 g/m².
