Manufacturing Process

Oil Phase

  1. Combine Shea Butter, Coconut Oil, Sunflower Seed Oil, Cetearyl Alcohol in a heat-safe container.
  2. Heat to 70°C while stirring until completely melted and homogeneous.

Water Phase

  1. In a separate container, combine Water, Glycerin, and Xanthan Gum.
  2. Heat to 70°C and mix until the gum is completely hydrated and dissolved.

Emulsification and Cooling

  1. Slowly add the Water Phase to the Oil Phase under continuous stirring to form an emulsion.
  2. Allow to cool to 40°C while maintaining the mixing.
  3. Add Zinc Oxide and mix until uniformly distributed.
  4. Incorporate Vitamin E and Chamomile Extract, ensuring even distribution.

Final Packaging

  1. Transfer to sterilized containers and seal properly.
  2. Label containers with batch number and expiration date.

Usage Instructions
