Manufacturing Process
Phase A
Heat water to 70°C.
Add Cationic Surfactant to the heated water under agitation.
Phase B
In a separate container, melt Cetearyl Alcohol at 70°C.
Combine melted Cetearyl Alcohol with Phase A mixture.
Phase C
Decrease the temperature of the combined mix to 45°C.
Add Polyquaternium-10 under continuous stirring.
Phase D
Add Glycerin.
Incorporate Fragrance.
Add Preservative.
Continue to mix until the cream is homogeneous.
Usage Instructions
Add the desired amount of softener to the washing machine during the rinse cycle for optimal fabric softness, static control, and color protection.
