Manufacturing Process
Phase A
Combine Water and Glycerin in a large mixing vessel.
Slowly add Bentonite Clay to the mixture while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
Heat the mixture to 40°C to ensure proper dispersion.
Phase B
In a separate vessel, mix Citric Acid, Sodium Gluconate, and Ethoxylated Alcohol until fully dissolved.
Add Sodium Hydroxide gradually to adjust the mixture to a pH of 7.
Phase C
Slowly combine Phase B into Phase A while mixing continuously to form an emulsion.
Add Defoamer, Biocide, Fragrance, and Colorant one by one into the emulsion with continuous mixing.
Let the emulsion cool down to room temperature while stirring gently.
Usage Instructions
Apply the cream generously to the rusty surface, let it sit for a few minutes, and scrub gently with a soft brush. Rinse thoroughly with water.
